Terms of Use and Sale

Thank you for visiting lifioutlet.com. The following Terms explain the rules for using this Site and buying from us, including how orders are formed, prices and payment, shipping, cancellations, returns, warranties and how disputes are handled. They are accepted when you browse the Site or complete a purchase.

About Us

LIFI is the trading name of Chazzitie Saetern (DBA LIFI OUTLET), a limited liability company located at 7653 Watson Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, United States, EIN 43-2266517. We sell men's and women's formal wear online through this Site. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; if we learn that we have, we delete it. By ordering you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it.

Shipping

We ship to the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; at checkout you choose Economy Shipping (USD 11.95, 8–15 business days, free on orders of USD 139 or more) or Fast Shipping (USD 26.44, 7–13 business days). Every order includes tracking. If we cannot ship within the promised time we notify you before that date with a revised date and the right to cancel for a full refund; if the delay exceeds 30 days or is indefinite, the order is cancelled and refunded unless you expressly agree to wait. Prices, Taxes and Currency

Prices are quoted in USD and can change without notice, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay. Applicable taxes (calculated at checkout based on the shipping address) and any shipping charge appear at checkout before payment, so the final total is always visible before you commit. Promotional "was" prices are genuine prior prices. Should an obvious pricing mistake occur, we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price: we will tell you and let you decide whether to proceed.

Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are handled by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) using industry-standard encryption; card details never touch our systems. Charges are made at the time of order and show on your card statement as LIFIOUTLET.COM. Orders may be held for verification when the billing and shipping details do not match or our provider detects unusual activity; we will contact you if we need anything. For any billing question, write to support@lifioutlet.com and we will look into it right away.

Orders and Contract Formation

When you complete checkout you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We confirm receipt by email and accept the offer by dispatching the goods; until then either party may cancel. We reserve the right to refuse an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, our fraud checks are not satisfied, or the delivery address is outside our shipping regions — and in that case we refund you in full within 7 business days. Quantity limits may apply to some products.

Returns and Cancellation

Our cancellation and refund terms, in summary: cancel at no cost before the order ships; return eligible items within 90 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, to 7653 Watson Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, United States; return postage is free; refunds go back to the original payment method 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (7 business days for cancellations); faulty or wrong items are always replaced or refunded free of charge. The full Return and Refund Policy, which you accept at checkout, governs in case of any difference.

Acceptable Use and Reviews

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with its security or operation, or to misuse promotional codes. Customer reviews published on the Site are from verified purchasers; we do not publish fake reviews. By submitting a review or other content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIFI and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection statutes. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to describe products accurately and to show them as they are. Colors may vary slightly with your screen settings, and dimensions are approximate unless stated as exact. Our products are unbranded, generic items sourced from selected manufacturers; any brand names appearing in descriptions are for compatibility reference only and do not indicate affiliation. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order ships; if an item becomes unavailable we contact you with the options of waiting, a substitute or a full refund. We do not use false scarcity or countdown claims.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos and the LIFI name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproducing, distributing or using our content for any other purpose without written permission is prohibited. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email support@lifioutlet.com with the details and we will respond promptly.

Warranties and Disclaimer

Products are covered by the 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects described in our Return and Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of that limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Site itself is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disputes

The law of California, including the California Unfair Competition Law, Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200 et seq., and Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Civ. Code § 1750 et seq., and U.S. federal law govern these Terms. We ask that you raise any problem with us first — write to support@lifioutlet.com and give us 30 days to put it right. If that fails, you and LIFI agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration on an individual basis before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer arbitration rules (the Federal Arbitration Act applies), or in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. You can reject this arbitration clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days after your first order; the rest of the Terms will still apply. You always retain the right to complain to your state attorney general or the FTC.

General Provisions

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and the current version is always available on the Site with its "last updated" date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business.
